HOFIUS INT CAFETERIA at 7:00PM

 

Arrival times:

• Concert and Beginner orchestra students arrive at 6:15pm and report to the orchestra room for unpacking. Leave your cases in there and then report to the stage for tuning. You must be in your seats on stage by 6:30pm.

• Philharmonic, Symphony and Chamber orchestra students arrive at 6:30pm and report to the orchestra room for unpacking and tuning. You must be in your seats in the auditorium by 6:45pm.

Start Time: The concert will begin promptly at 7pm

**Symphony and Chamber students are responsible for bringing each bringing 1 dozen cookies for us to serve after the concert. **

Reminders:

• Don’t forget your music

• Label your belongings

• Your behavior in the audience does affect your grade.

• Remember! To be early is on time, to be on time is to be late, to be late is unacceptable.

• You must wear your formal orchestra uniform- 

  • Concert/Beginners- green orchestra polo, black dress pants, black dress belt, and black dress shoes/socks​

  • Symphony/Chamber- Tux shirt, vest, bow tie(given on the night), boys- black dress pants, black dress shoes/socks, girls- either the same as boys or black dressy skirt (knee-length or longer) with black tights and black closed-toed/ closed- heeled dress shoes
